PGC invites our users to complete our third annual survey designed to better inform us and to identify areas for service and product improvements.
Thanks to our survey responses over the past couple of years, the PGC was able to identify self-service data download and documentation to better understand our data as the most requested services. Over the course of the year, we focused our efforts and hired a new Web Developer to focus on Federal Researcher Imagery Download and Geodata Exploration (FRIDGE), our web-based portal intended to allow core users to search, download and request PGC data products. We have also expanded our online Guides section covering new topics such as PGC coding and utilities tutorials.
Your participation in this brief survey is very much appreciated and may be shared with any colleagues or collaborators who have used the PGC (past or present) for data products or geospatial support.
The survey will remain open through Thursday, April 30, 2020. Please feel free to contact PGC with any questions you might have. The survey should take less than 5 minutes, the results are confidential and will only be used as aggregate without bias.
